Wij bieden geestelijke gezondheidszorg op maat. Samen met cliënten, familie, naasten en netwerkpartners realiseren we zorg die ertoe doet. We zetten in op inclusieve zorg en op het versterken van veerkracht en de eigen regie. Want ieder verhaal telt.

Met meer dan 1200 medewerkers bieden we zorg en ondersteuning aan mensen met een psychische kwetsbaarheid, verspreid over onze ziekenhuizen, verzorgingstehuizen en initiatieven beschut wonen.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je komt terecht in Narrante, een afdeling waar volwassenen en jongvolwassenen verblijven met een psychotische kwetsbaarheid. Samen met een enthousiast team zorgen we voor een veilige, stimulerende omgeving waarin herstel en welbevinden centraal staan.

Jouw functie

Als vrijwilliger breng je structuur, energie en afleiding in de dag van onze patiënten. Je ondersteunt hen bij actieve en praktische projecten die bijdragen aan hun herstel.

We zoeken vrijwilligers ter versterking van drie verschillende projecten:

  • Tuinprojecten: Je steekt samen met patiënten de handen uit de mouwen in onze (moes)tuin.
  • Kookactiviteit: Je gaat één keer per week samen boodschappen doen voor de aankoop van ingrediënten en je ondersteunt de leefgroep tijdens het koken.
  • Start to Run: Je motiveert en begeleidt wekelijks patiënten tijdens het hardlopen volgens een opbouwend schema.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Actief is en zich aangesproken voelt door één of meerdere activiteiten: tuinieren, koken en/of hardlopen.
  • Motiverend is en patiënten op een positieve manier stimuleert om mee te doen.
  • Betrouwbaar is en de nodige structuur biedt door zich op regelmatige basis te engageren.
  • Empathisch is en respectvol omgaat met mensen die zich in een kwetsbare periode bevinden.
  • Rust kan brengen en rekening houdt met mensen die prikkelgevoelig zijn.
  • Minimaal 18 jaar oud is.
  • Geen specifieke achtergrond in de zorg nodig heeft – enthousiasme, betrokkenheid en een open houding zijn het belangrijkste!
