Wie zijn wij Op Grote Beer 10 wonen volwassenen met een ernstige verstandelijke en lichamelijke beperking. Onze bewoners zijn over het algemeen rolstoelgebonden en hebben intensieve zorg en ondersteuning nodig. Als begeleiders zetten wij ons dagelijks met veel plezier en betrokkenheid in voor onze bewoners. Toch kunnen extra handen en persoonlijke aandacht nét dat beetje extra bieden dat een dag bijzonder maakt. Jouw baan als Vrijwilliger voor een woongroep Als vrijwilliger ondersteun je op een manier die bij jou past. Het hoeven geen grote dingen te zijn; juist de kleine momenten van aandacht zijn van grote waarde voor onze bewoners. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld helpen met: een handje bij het ontbijt; samen een rondje wandelen of fietsen in het weekend wat extra persoonlijke aandacht geven; een eenvoudig spelletje spelen; een ontspannende handmassage geven; gewoon aanwezig zijn, met aandacht, een glimlach en een luisterend oor. Door jouw betrokkenheid zorg je voor afwisseling, gezelligheid en waardevolle contactmomenten. Je helpt bewoners om te genieten van de kleine dingen die voor hen veel kunnen betekenen. Jouw profiel Je: bent warm, geduldig en betrokken; vindt het fijn om tijd en aandacht aan anderen te geven; staat open voor contact met mensen met een beperking; hebt geen zorgervaring nodig; jouw aanwezigheid en betrokkenheid zijn al ontzettend waardevol. Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg. Uiteraard houden wij rekening met jouw agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers, want: je werkt in een dankbare en waardevolle omgeving; je komt in een team dat je met open armen ontvangt; je krijgt de kans om echt iets te betekenen voor onze bewoners; je wordt enthousiast ingewerkt; je

kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten); er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteenlopende thema’s; wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmatig in het zonnetje. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag van een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
