Wie zijn wij Op Grote Beer 10 wonen volwassenen met een ernstige verstandelijke en lichamelijke beperking. Onze bewoners zijn over het algemeen rolstoel gebonden en hebben intensieve zorg nodig. Als begeleiders zetten wij ons dagelijks met hart en ziel in, maar extra handen zijn altijd welkom! Jouw baan als Vrijwilliger voor een woongroep We zijn al ontzettend geholpen met kleine dingen, zoals: Een handje helpen bij het ontbijt Samen een rondje wandelen of fietsen In het weekend wat extra aandacht geven Een simpel spelletje doen Een rustgevende handmassage geven Gewoon er zijn – met aandacht en een glimlach Jouw profiel Je: bent warm en betrokken; wilt tijd en aandacht geven; heb geen zorgervaring nodig – jouw aanwezigheid is al waardevol! Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg; uiteraard houden wij rekening met je agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers: Een dankbare omgeving Een team dat je met open armen ontvangt De kans om écht iets te betekenen voor onze _ongens Je wordt enthousiast ingewerkt. Je kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten). Er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteen lopende thema’s. Wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmatig in het zonnetje. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
