Met jouw aandacht en enthousiasme maak je het verschil voor bewoners die genieten van persoonlijk contact en leuke activiteiten. Wie zijn wij Op Grote Beer 6 wonen cliënten met een ernstige verstandelijke beperking, waarvan een aantal ook een lichamelijke beperking heeft. Iedere bewoner heeft zijn of haar eigen wensen, mogelijkheden en manier van communiceren. Samen zorgen we voor een veilige en prettige leefomgeving waarin persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat. Jouw baan als Vrijwilliger voor wandelen en activiteiten Voor deze locatie zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste vrijwilliger die het leuk vindt om samen met onze bewoners op pad te gaan of deel te nemen aan activiteiten op de woning. Als vrijwilliger zorg je voor waardevolle één-op-één momenten of gezellige activiteiten in een klein groepje. De ene keer maak je een ontspannen wandeling in de buurt, de andere keer speel je een spel, help je bij een creatieve activiteit of geniet je samen van een praatje en een kop koffie. Wat jullie precies doen, hangt af van de interesses en mogelijkheden van de bewoner. Jouw aanwezigheid betekent vaak meer dan je denkt. Door tijd en aandacht te geven, zorg je voor afwisseling in de dag en creëer je momenten van plezier, ontspanning en contact. Juist die persoonlijke aandacht draagt bij aan het welzijn van onze bewoners. Je bent beschikbaar op woensdag en/of in het weekend. De dagen en tijden stemmen we natuurlijk in overleg met jou af. Jouw profiel Je bent enthousiast, vriendelijk en actief Je vindt het leuk om één-op-één of in kleine groepjes activiteiten te ondernemen met onze bewoners Je hebt geduld en kunt goed aansluiten bij het tempo, de behoeften en de belevingswereld van de cliënt Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg. Uiteraard houden wij rekening met jouw agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers, want: je wordt enthousiast

ingewerkt; je kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten); er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteenlopende thema’s; wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmatig in het zonnetje; je ontvangt veel waardering en dankbaarheid, omdat jouw inzet zorgt voor mooie momenten en nieuwe mogelijkheden voor onze bewoners. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag van een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
