Wil jij Harrie een fijne en ontspannen zwemmiddag bezorgen? Met jouw aandacht, gezelligheid en aanwezigheid help je hem te genieten van iets waar hij enorm blij van wordt: zwemmen. Samen zorgen jullie voor waardevolle momenten vol plezier, beweging en vertrouwen. Wie zijn wij Harrie is een gezellige man met een verstandelijke beperking. In het zwembad voelt hij zich helemaal op zijn gemak. Hij geniet van het water, maakt graag grapjes en is zichtbaar vrolijk tijdens het zwemmen. Om de week gaat Harrie graag naar het zwembad. Zijn vaste zwemmaatje, zijn zus, gaat één dinsdag per twee weken met hem mee. Voor de andere dinsdagen zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste vrijwilliger. Harrie communiceert met enkele woorden en begrijpt eenvoudige aanwijzingen. Een vertrouwd gezicht en een rustige benadering helpen hem om optimaal van zijn zwemmiddag te genieten. Jouw baan als Vrijwilliger zwemmen gezocht voor Harrie Als vrijwilliger begeleid je Harrie tijdens zijn zwemmiddag en bied je hem de rust, structuur en ondersteuning die hij nodig heeft. Wat ga je doen? Om 13.00 uur wordt Harrie opgehaald bij de dagbesteding door een begeleider. Je loopt samen met hem naar Restaurant de Haven, waar de bus klaarstaat met andere cliënten. Samen met de groep reizen jullie naar Zwembad De Kuil in Bodegraven. In het zwembad bied je nabijheid, begeleiding en lichte ondersteuning. Harrie kan zichzelf uitkleden, maar heeft hierbij wel aansturing nodig. Bij het aankleden help je met afdrogen, kleding aantrekken en het strikken van zijn veters. Je gaat samen met Harrie het water in. Harrie loopt zelfstandig via de helling het zwembad in en geniet vervolgens op zijn eigen manier van het zwemmen. Hij zwemt graag met zijn armen, loopt rustig door het water en verblijft meestal in het ondiepe gedeelte van het bad. Jouw aanwezigheid zorgt ervoor dat Harrie met vertrouwen kan deelnemen aan deze activiteit en volop kan genieten van zijn middag. Jouw profiel Je: kunt rust en duidelijkheid bieden;

vindt het leuk om in het water te zijn; bent warm, geduldig en humorvol; vindt het waardevol om Harrie een fijne en ontspannen middag te bezorgen. Wat krijg je van ons Het aantal uren is in overleg. Uiteraard houden wij rekening met je agenda en mogelijkheden. Wij zorgen goed voor onze vrijwilligers, want: je wordt enthousiast ingewerkt; je kunt je reiskosten declareren (in overleg onkosten); er is jaarlijks een cursusaanbod over uiteenlopende thema’s; wij zetten onze vrijwilligers regelmatig in het zonnetje; je ontvangt veel waardering en dankbare reacties, omdat dankzij jouw inzet meer mogelijk wordt voor Harrie. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten. Daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag van een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
