The posting

  • Als vroedkundige word je ingeschakeld op de dienst moedercentrum enerzijds bestaande uit materniteit, verloskwartier, neonatologie en polikliniek (tewerkstellingsbreuk 50%) en anderzijds in de mobiele equipe (hierbij is de tewerkstellingsbreuk bespreekbaar).
  • Als lid van het verloskundig team op de dienst moedercentrum sta je in voor een kwaliteitsvolle en patiëntgerichte zorg, rekening houdend met de individuele behoeften van het kind/de baby en de ouders.
  • Je verleent zorg op een deskundige manier en pleegt hiervoor nauw overleg met je leidinggevende en artsen.
  • Je werkt samen in een multidisciplinair team, bewust van je eigen identiteit en deskundigheid.
  • Je registreert de vereiste gegevens nauwkeurig en discreet in elk patiëntendossier.
  • Je streeft voortdurend naar optimalisatie en verbetering van kwaliteit.
  • Je stelt je deskundig en professioneel op naar ouders en de artsen.
  • Je kan gezondheidsvoorlichting en -opvoeding bij het kind, zijn ouders en zijn familie verzekeren.
  • Je bent eveneens enthousiast om in te springen op andere zorgafdelingen, gezien de waarden verbondenheid en samenwerking.
  • Je bent in bezit van een bachelor diploma vroedkunde (bij voorkeur afgestudeerd voor oktober 2018).
  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma zorgkundige of verpleegkundige, of je bent bereid verder te studeren en minimaal het diploma zorgkundige te behalen.
  • Je bent patiëntgericht, vriendelijk en integriteit kenmerkt je persoonlijkheid.
  • Je kan zelfstandig en secuur werken met een hoog verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en een teamspeler.
  • Je kan een situatie snel en correct inschatten en er toe handelen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en weet je vlot uit de slag te trekken in het Frans/Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om flexibel in een shiftensysteem te werken inclusief nachtdiensten.
  • Je bent bereid om indien nodig poliklinische consultaties uit te voeren op onze andere campussen.
