VvE-Beheerder Alkmaar Je gaat aan de slag bij een professionele organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in vastgoed- en VvE-beheer. Samen met een team van enthousiaste collega's zorg je voor de ondersteuning van verenigingen van eigenaren op zowel technisch, administratief als financieel gebied. Dankzij een brede dienstverlening worden klanten volledig ontzorgd bij het dagelijks beheer en het plannen van onderhoud. Binnen de organisatie heerst een informele en collegiale werksfeer waarin samenwerken, kennis delen en elkaar helpen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Open communicatie, betrokkenheid en betrouwbaarheid staan centraal. Er is veel aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Als VvE-Beheerder ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en besturen van verenigingen van eigenaren. Je zorgt voor het technisch, financieel en administratief beheer van meerdere VvE's. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en denkt actief mee over onderhoud en verbeteringen van het vastgoed. Je dag begint met het beantwoorden van e-mails en telefoontjes van bewoners. Daarna bespreek je met collega's de lopende projecten en plan je inspecties of vergaderingen. In de middag werk je aan de financiële administratie, onderhoudsplanningen en informeer je het bestuur over de voortgang.
