Daarom zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en zelfstandige VvE Manager voor 32-40 uur per week . Als VvE Manager ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor verschillende Verenigingen van Eigenaars. Je houdt overzicht, begeleidt besturen en eigenaren en zorgt ervoor dat het dagelijkse beheer professioneel en zorgvuldig verloopt. Bij NOK combineren we persoonlijke aandacht met kennis van vastgoed en bouwkunde. We beheren ruim 80 VvE's in Brabant en ondersteunen daarnaast particuliere eigenaren, beleggers en vastgoedfondsen. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen eigenaren, besturen, leveranciers en collega's en houdt verschillende dossiers tegelijkertijd in beweging. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het begeleiden en adviseren van VvE-besturen en appartementseigenaren; - het voorbereiden en organiseren van Algemene Ledenvergaderingen (ALV's); - het opstellen van agenda's, notulen en besluitenlijsten; - het bewaken van onderhoudsplannen en opvolgen van technische vraagstukken; - het coördineren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en contacten met aannemers en leveranciers; - het toezien op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving en de splitsingsakte; - het behandelen van vragen, meldingen en klachten van eigenaren; - het signaleren van mogelijkheden om het beheer verder te verbeteren. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken vooral iemand die overzicht weet te houden, prettig communiceert en zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen en vraagstukken bezig te zijn. Daarnaast: - heb je MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - heb je ervaring binnen VvE-beheer, vastgoedbeheer, vastgoedmanagement of een vergelijkbare functie; - communiceer je goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; - werk je zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplo...
