Dan is deze functie als Calculator Prefab Projecten in Drachten een mooie stap in jouw carrière. In deze rol speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het bedrijfsbureau en werk je mee aan uiteenlopende prefab betonprojecten.

Als Calculator Prefab Projecten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en offertes voor uiteenlopende prefab betonconstructies. Je beoordeelt aanvragen, analyseert technische ontwerpen en vertaalt deze naar een concurrerende en haalbare offerte. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers om tot de beste oplossing voor zowel de klant als de organisatie te komen. [fabiton.nl]

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen voor prefab betonprojecten. - Analyseren van tekeningen, bestekken en technische specificaties. - Opvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en onderaannemers. - Signaleren van technische en commerciële kansen binnen projecten. - Opstellen van offertes en adviseren over prijsstellingen. - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en kostenoptimalisatie. - Samenwerken met collega's van engineering, productie en projectleiding.

Jij bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet technische informatie te vertalen naar een passende prijsberekening. Daarnaast denk je commercieel mee en schakel je makkelijk met verschillende betrokken partijen.

Verder beschik je over:

- Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting Civiele Techniek of vergelijkbaar. - Ervaring als calculator, bij voorkeur binnen de betonsector. - Kennis van prefab betonbouw en/of in het werk gestorte betonconstructies. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding.
