Waarnemend huisarts Huisartsenposten Rijnmond Waarnemend huisarts Tijdens de avond, nacht en weekenduren en op feestdagen zorgen wij voor de huisartsenspoedzorg in de regio Rijnmond. Patiënten met acute gezondheidsklachten die niet kunnen wachten tot het spreekuur van de eigen huisarts kunnen terecht op een van onze spoedposten. Quick facts In overleg Op onze vier spoedzorg-locaties worden veel diensten ingevuld door niet-gevestigde huisartsen. We zijn altijd op zoek naar enthousiaste waarnemers die op onze spoedposten willen werken. Ook voor waarnemers bieden we veel mogelijkheden voor opleidingen , zoals de training tot regiearts. Je kunt je ook verder ontwikkelen door deel te nemen en mee te werken aan projecten. Wil jij aan de slag als waarnemer? Neem dan contact op met [email protected] . De centrale planner helpt je graag verder. Huisartsenposten Rijnmond is verplicht van een waarnemend huisarts een dossier bij te houden met daarin actuele gegevens en documenten. Om te kunnen voldoen aan de wetgeving, onder meer de wet DBA en de Wkkgz (waaronder de vergewisplicht), vragen wij diverse gegevens van je.
