Waarnemend Klinisch Geriater Wil jij tijdelijk deel uitmaken van een enthousiaste vakgroep Klinische Geriatrie? Voor de periode van 1 januari 2027 tot 15 mei 2027 zoeken we een waarnemend Klinisch Geriater die met ons de brede geriatrische zorg oppakt. Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin samenwerking en persoonlijke aandacht voor kwetsbare ouderen centraal staan. Aantal uren 0.6 - 0.9 FTE Sluitingsdatum 6 oktober 2026 Afdeling Jouw functie als WaarnemendKlinisch Geriater Als waarnemend klinisch geriater zet je je in voor de kwaliteit van leven en zelfstandigheid van ouderen met een kwetsbare gezondheid. Je werkt breed binnen ons ziekenhuis en hebt daardoor veel afwisseling in je werk. - Je onderzoekt en behandelt patiënten op de polikliniek en verpleegafdeling. - Je beoordeelt kwetsbare ouderen op de SEH. - Je verricht geriatrische consulten voor andere afdelingen. - Je werkt nauw samen met andere medisch specialisten en zorgprofessionals. Welkom bij de vakgroep Klinische Geriatrie Onze vakgroep bestaat uit 7 klinische geriaters in vast dienstverband. We beoefenen de klinische geriatrie in de volle breedte, maar hebben elk ook onze specifieke aandachtspunten. Met veel enthousiasme en collegialiteit zetten we ons in om de zorg voor ouderen met een kwetsbare gezondheid in onze regio steeds verder te verbeteren. Op onze polikliniek leveren we algemene geriatrische zorg, maar hebben we ook specifieke poli's voor mensen met cognitieve problemen, valproblemen, complexe besluitvorming en chirurgie bij kwetsbare ouderen. De verpleegafdeling Geriatrie telt gemiddeld 10-12 bedden. We bieden intensieve medebehandeling bij de ouderen met een heupfractuur, opgenomen op de traumatologie. Ook verlenen we zorg op de MDA: een innovatief interdisciplinair samenwerkingsverband met ziekenhuisartsen, longartsen en internisten. Daarnaast hebben we een belangrijke consultatieve functie op andere afdelingen in het ziekenhuis en op de SEH. ...
