Werk je graag in een hecht team met directe cliëntcontacten en ruimte voor eigen initiatief? Dan is deze functie bij Pigmans Ras Janssen Notarissen iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als kandidaat-notaris onroerend goed werk je aan uiteenlopende dossiers binnen het vastgoedrecht, variërend van particuliere woningoverdrachten tot complexe zakelijke transacties. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en begeleidt dossiers van A tot Z, uiteraard met ondersteuning van ervaren collega's waar nodig. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opstellen en beoordelen van akten van levering, hypotheekakten en andere vastgoedgerelateerde stukken; - Het begeleiden van aan- en verkooptransacties, splitsingen, nieuwbouwprojecten en zakelijke vastgoedstructuren; - Het onderhouden van contacten met cliënten, makelaars, projectontwikkelaars en banken; - Het adviseren van cliënten over juridische aandachtspunten en structuren binnen het onroerend goed; - Het coördineren van het dossiertraject van intake tot passeren; - Het bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze vastgoedpraktijk. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een betrokken en leergierige waarnemingsbevoegde kandidaat-notaris die energie krijgt van vastgoedtransacties en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Jouw profiel: - Je hebt de beroepsopleiding Notariaat afgerond of rondt deze binnenkort af; - Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met het onroerend goed en ziet jezelf groeien in dit vakgebied; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent praktisch ingesteld en schakelt gemakkelijk met cliënten, tussenpersonen, banken en andere betrokken partijen; - Je bent proactief, zelfstandig, maar ook ee...
