Heb je een stevige technische achtergrond en neem je graag het voortouw in een werkplaats waar planning, organisatie en techniek samenkomen?

Voor een groeiend familiebedrijf in de regio Oudenaarde, actief in bouw en recyclage, zoeken we een wagenparkverantwoordelijke voor het onderhoud, de planning en technische opvolging van een divers wagen- en machinepark.

Je komt terecht in een bedrijf met een duidelijke visie en een sterk familiaal karakter. Met een team van ruim 85 medewerkers bouwen zij elke dag verder aan een duurzame toekomst door materialen een tweede leven te geven. Binnen deze omgeving staat samenwerking centraal en heerst er een no-nonsense mentaliteit waarbij beslissingen snel genomen worden en communicatie rechtstreeks verloopt.

Dit bedrijf beschikt over een eigen werkplaats en een modern machinepark, waardoor techniek een centrale rol speelt in de dagelijkse werking. Je werkt in een praktijkgerichte omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar iedereen samen hetzelfde doel nastreeft: kwaliteit leveren, klanten correct bedienen en tegelijk bijdragen aan een betere wereld van morgen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Technische eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een gevarieerd wagen- en machinepark (vrachtwagens, wielladers en kranen), met focus op betrouwbaarheid en inzetbaarheid.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen, keuringen en interventies zodat alles vlot en veilig blijft draaien.
  • Aansturen en plannen van een team van drie techniekers, met aandacht voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit en heldere communicatie.
  • Beheer van wisselstukken, leverancierscontacten en administratieve opvolging in het ERP-systeem, met rechtstreekse rapportering aan de CEO.
  • Een goede technische kennis, opgebouwd door opleiding of ervaring in autotechniek, mechanica of vrachtwagenonderhoud.
  • Ervaring in het plannen van werk en het aansteken van de teamspirit, met een focus op structuur en samenwerking.
  • Sterk in communicatie, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels, zodat je vlot met collega's, leveranciers en partners kunt afstemmen.
