Als Delivery Advisor zorg jij voor het perfecte aflevermoment. Jij bent hun gids, hun aanspreekpunt en hun eerste ervaring met onze servicekwaliteit.

Jouw taken:

  • Organiseren & plannen: Je coördineert de voorbereiding van voertuigen en plant afleverafspraken in met klanten.
  • Aflevermomenten verzorgen: Je overhandigt de voertuigen met zorg en enthousiasme, en legt alle functies en technologieën helder uit.
  • Administratie & opvolging: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afronding van elk dossier, van verkoopfiche tot databank.
  • Advies & service: Je promoot onze diensten, accessoires en aanbiedingen en zorgt dat klanten zich écht welkom voelen.
  • Teamspirit: Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van verkoop, werkplaats en administratie om elke klant een topbeleving te bieden.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans; Engels is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset en straalt vertrouwen uit.
  • Administratief ben je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met een positieve attitude.
  • Ervaring in de automotive sector is een plus, maar vooral je motivatie telt.
