WE ARE LOOKING FOR SERVERS TO ASSIST GUESTS ACROSS THE RESORT'S VARIOUS DINING LOCATIONS. YOU WILL BE THE FACE OF OUR SERVICE, TAKING CARE OF SKIERS AND VISITORS SO THEY CAN ENJOY THEIR BREAK ON THE MOUNTAIN. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - CUSTOMER SERVICE: WELCOME GUESTS, TAKE ORDERS, AND SERVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AT THE BAR OR TABLES EFFICIENTLY WHILE PROVIDING FRIENDLY SERVICE. - ORDER & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT: ACCURATELY RECORD ORDERS IN THE POS SYSTEM, PROCESS CUSTOMER PAYMENTS, AND COMPLETE CASH REGISTER CLOSEOUTS. - PREP & RESTOCKING: SET UP TABLES, THE BAR AREA, AND OUTDOOR TERRACES, AS WELL AS HANDLE PRODUCT RESTOCKING AND MISE EN PLACE PRIOR TO SERVICE. - INTERNAL COORDINATION: MAINTAIN CONTINUOUS COMMUNICATION WITH KITCHEN, BAR, AND FLOOR STAFF TO ENSURE ORDERS ARE SERVED ON TIME AND WITHOUT ERRORS. - CLEANING & MAINTENANCE: KEEP TABLES, BAR COUNTERS, AND WORK AREAS CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND SANITIZED BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER SERVICE. KEEP ENTRANCES AND TERRACES CLEAR OF SNOW AND ICE. - WASTE MANAGEMENT: PROPERLY SORT WASTE INTO DESIGNATED CONTAINERS AND TRANSFER THEM TO THE RESORT'S COLLECTION POINTS. CANDIDATE PROFILE: - PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE: PREVIOUS CUSTOMER-FACING EXPERIENCE, PARTICULARLY IN BARS, CAFES, OR RESTAURANTS. - BASIC KNOWLEDGE: TRAINING IN HOSPITALITY, SALES TECHNIQUES, OR A FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATION IS A PLUS, THOUGH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND A PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE PRIORITIZED. - LANGUAGES: FLUENT SPANISH. CONVERSATIONAL ABILITY IN FRENCH, ENGLISH, CATALAN, OR BASQUE WILL BE HIGHLY VALUED. - KEY STRENGTHS: AGILITY, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND THE ABILITY TO STAY CALM AND MAINTAIN PACE DURING PEAK RUSH HOURS.
