Voor onze asfaltset zoeken we professionals die onze kernwaarden onderschrijven: in een prettige sfeer dagelijks toppresteren voor tevreden opdrachtgevers, meestal in Midden Nederland. We zijn op zoek naar een: - Walsmachinist - Balkman - Chauffeur/machinist emulsiespuitwagen - Asfaltwerker/afwerker Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker van onze asfaltploeg werk je dagelijks mee aan het aanbrengen en afwerken van asfaltverhardingen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat wegen, pleinen en terreinen strak worden opgeleverd. Je ondersteunt bij het bedienen van machines, zoals de wals en pakt voorbereidende werkzaamheden op, zoals het uitzetten of schoonmaken van het werkterrein. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je staat altijd met een team om je heen, zodat je samen een mooi resultaat neerzet. Het werk is afwisselend en veelzijdig: morgen een boerenerf of een fietspad, volgende week een traject van een provinciale weg of een hersteloperatie in een binnenstad. Geen sleur, geen massale werken die maanden duren. Wat breng jij in: - Ervaring met de functie waarop je solliciteert. - Rijbewijs B (BE, C/CE is een pluspunt). - VCA-basis certificaat (of bereid dit te halen). - Oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit. - Zelfstandige en flexibele werkhouding. - Bereidheid om af en toe op onregelmatige uren te werken ('s avonds of in het weekend).
