Je bedient en onderhoudt verschillende typen walsen, zodat de asfaltverharding voldoet aan de hoogste verdichtings- en kwaliteitsnormen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de rest van de asfaltploeg om de voortgang en kwaliteit van elk project te waarborgen. Wij zijn een familiebedrijf waar het teamgevoel centraal staat. We werken met korte lijnen: je hebt direct contact met collega's, uitvoerders en directie, waardoor er snel geschakeld kan worden en iedereen goed bereikbaar is. We staan voor elkaar klaar, helpen elkaar waar nodig en zorgen er samen voor dat het werk veilig en goed wordt uitgevoerd. De betrokkenheid en gezelligheid maken dat collega's zich hier snel thuis voelen en graag bij ons werken. Dagelijks voer je inspecties uit en signaleer en meld je storingen tijdig. Flexibiliteit is belangrijk in deze rol: je werkt voornamelijk op doordeweekse dagen, maar kunt ook gevraagd worden om af en toe ingezet te worden voor avond-, nacht- of weekenddiensten wanneer dat nodig is.
