Vacature Verpleegkundigen & verpleegkundig specialisten WAN-hoofd - Contactpersoon Heidi Pemen - Einddatum 23-11-2026 - Locatie Kloetinge - Uren 8,00 uur Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het waarborgen van veilige en kwalitatief goede zorg tijdens avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten? Als WAN-hoofd ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, bied je ondersteuning waar nodig en neem je de regie wanneer situaties daarom vragen. Voor deze rol van 8 uur per week, beschikbaar vanaf april 2027, maken we graag kennis met je. Twijfel je nog? Een dag meelopen behoort altijd tot de mogelijkheden. Wat ga je doen In de functie van WAN-hoofd vervul je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen van de continuïteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg buiten kantoortijden. Jouw rol bestaat uit: - Coördinatie & regie: Je bent buiten kantoortijden het eerste aanspreekpunt en fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen teams, behandelaren en andere betrokkenen. Je houdt overzicht, speelt adequaat in op acute situaties en zorgt dat de juiste mensen op het juiste moment worden ingezet. - Leidinggeven & ondersteuning: Je geeft operationele leiding aan verplegend en verzorgend personeel tijdens weekend-, avond- en nachtdiensten. Daarbij ondersteun je medewerkers in complexe situaties en draag je actief bij aan een veilige en professionele werkomgeving. - Kwaliteit & zorgcontinuïteit: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg en het zorgproces en neemt een coördinerende rol bij acute opname- en ontslagaanvragen buiten kantoortijden. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning bij calamiteiten en draag je bij aan passende en tijdige zorg voor cliënten. - Triage & samenwerking: Vanaf 23.00 uur vervul je de triagefunctie binnen de acute ggz. Je onderhoudt contact met verwijzers bij oproepen voor de crisisdienst en zorgt voor een goede afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen. - Uitvoering & facilitaire coördinatie: Naast je coördinerende taken participeer je in de dagelijkse werkzaam...
