Jobomschrijving

Voor een klant van ons in Beveren zoeken we een Warehouse Administrator die instaat voor de administratieve ondersteuning van het magazijn en de technische dienst.

In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen het magazijn, de techniekers en de administratieve diensten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten correct worden geregistreerd en dat administratie, opvolging en rapportering steeds nauwkeurig verlopen.

Jouw taken:

  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van bestellingen
  • Actueel houden van het systeem en opvolgen van de magazijninventaris
  • Registreren en controleren van de gepresteerde werkuren van techniekers
  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen
  • Structureren, optimaliseren en onderhouden van het bestelsysteem
  • Opvolgen en administratief controleren van werkzaamheden in de werkplaatsen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en volledige registratie in het ERP/CRM-systeem
  • Waken over orde, netheid en veiligheid in de werkplaats
  • Duidelijk communiceren met collega’s van planning en administratie
  • Rapporteren over voortgang en resultaten aan het management
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je gaat vlot om met computersystemen en ERP-/bestelsoftware
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en functioneert ook goed in teamverband
  • Ervaring binnen een magazijn-, logistieke of technische omgeving is een pluspunt
