Voor de verdere uitbouw van het logistieke team zoeken we een gemotiveerde Warehouse Assistant.

Als Warehouse Assistant bied je zowel administratieve als operationele ondersteuning aan het magazijnteam. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid kunnen productie en logistiek probleemloos samenwerken.

Concreet houdt dit in:

  • Zorgen voor tijdige en efficiënte bevoorrading van de verpakkingslijnen
  • Bepalen van de stockageplaatsen voor afgewerkte goederen
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van heftruckchauffeurs bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Uitvoeren van fysieke controles in het magazijn
  • Werken in de koude schrikt je niet af
  • Plaatsbepaling en registratie van inkomende goederen
  • Opvolgen van de bezettingsgraad van het magazijn en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkomgeving
  • Meedenken over logistieke optimalisaties en verbeteringen

Je werkt ofwel in de nacht (van 21u30-05u30).

  • Je hebt een bacheloropleiding of ben je gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een warehouse omgeving.
  • Een eerste ervaring in een warehouse- of productieomgeving is een meerwaarde.
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office is een must.
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands mag niet ontbreken (Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt).
  • Werken in een koelere omgeving schrikt je niet af.
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig ga je aan de slag, je bent sterk in opvolging.
  • Communicatief, zelfstandig en teamgericht zijn je troeven.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend ingesteld met een proactieve houding.
  • Affiniteit met logistieke processen en ERP-systemen zoals SAP is een plus.
