Als Warehouse Coordinator zorg je voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking van het magazijn. Dankzij een nauwgezette opvolging van processen, voorraadbeheer en samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten binnen een 3pl omgeving en bewaken van een efficiënte workflow.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt tussen magazijnmedewerkers, klanten en interne diensten.
  • Opvolgen van voorraadbeheer en zorgen voor een correcte stockregistratie.
  • Monitoren van operationele prestaties aan de hand van KPI's en vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Administratief verwerken van logistieke activiteiten, inclusief voorbereidende facturatie.
  • Waken over veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen het magazijn.
  • Ondersteunen van onderhouds- en veiligheidsprocedures en toezien op de naleving ervan.
  • Stimuleren van een positieve samenwerking binnen het team en tussen verschillende afdelingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van logistieke processen samen met de operationele leiding.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bacheloropleiding binnen logistiek, supply chain of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Eerste relevante ervaring binnen een logistieke of warehouseomgeving.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Goede beheersing van MS Office, met bijzondere aandacht voor Excel.
  • Sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen in een snel veranderende omgeving.
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid gecombineerd met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Teamgerichte houding met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Woonachtig in of nabij de regio Puurs.
