Dan zoeken wij jou! Je staat midden in de organisatie, houdt het overzicht en weet precies waar je moet bijsturen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dát maakt deze functie zo leuk! Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je stuurt het logistieke team aan en zorgt voor een prettige en efficiënte samenwerking. - Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke werkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang. - Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen, materialen en producten op de juiste manier worden verwerkt. - Je hebt regelmatig contact met leveranciers, productie, inkoop en planning. - Je houdt de logistieke administratie netjes bij en werkt met een ERP-systeem (SAP). - Je signaleert knelpunten en komt met slimme ideeën om processen te verbeteren. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en naleving van procedures op de werkvloer. - Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor je collega's en helpt hen waar nodig verder. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke afdeling soepel draait én iedere dag een beetje beter wordt. Herken jij jezelf hierin? - Je hebt ervaring in de logistiek en bent toe aan een volgende stap, of hebt al ervaring met het aansturen van een team. - Je kunt goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen. - Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen op een prettige manier aan te spreken. - Je houdt van structuur, maar kunt ook prima omgaan met onverwachte situaties. - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt gevoel voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Je bent handig met computers en bij voorkeur bekend met ERP-systemen zoals SAP. - Je denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen. - Je bent een echte teamspeler met een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
