De functie waarborgt de staat en traceerbaarheid van materialen, ondersteunt productie- en projectplanningen en bevordert veilige, efficiënte en gestandaardiseerde werkwijzen. Functietake Verantwoordelijkheden: 1. Operationele aansturing: Dagelijkse magazijnactiviteiten plannen, toewijzen, coördineren en bewaken. Prioriteiten afwegen en ervoor zorgen dat werkzaamheden veilig, nauwkeurig en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. 2. Voorraadbeheer: Toezicht houden op de ontvangst, inspectie, registratie, opslag en organisatie van materialen. De voorraadnauwkeurigheid waarborgen door middel van cyclische tellingen, onderzoek en corrigerende maatregelen. 3. Orderverwerking: Toezicht houden op orderpicking, verpakken, etiketteren, gereedzetten en voorbereiden van materialen en orders voor intern gebruik of verzending. 4. Verzending en ontvangst: Inkomende en uitgaande zendingen, documentatie en retouren coördineren en afstemmen met interne belanghebbenden en logistieke dienstverleners. 5. Kwaliteitscontrole: Waarborgen dat inkomende goederen en magazijntransacties correct worden gecontroleerd. Beschadigde, onjuiste of niet-conforme materialen escaleren en bijdragen aan een passende oplossing. 6. Veiligheid, orde en netheid: Zorgen voor veilige, schone en georganiseerde magazijnruimten.
