Voor een stabiele organisatie in de regio Wellen zoeken wij een gedreven Teamleader Warehouse & Logistics die zowel het operationele team als de administratieve bedienden vlot aanstuurt.

Na een grondige inwerkperiode word je verantwoordelijk voor het coordineren, organiseren en stroomlijnen van de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen de warehouse- en logistieke afdeling. Je combineert tactisch leiderschap met een pragmatische aanpak, waarbij je enerzijds zorgt voor efficientere processen en anderzijds fungeert als een sterke, verbindende brug tussen logistiek, productie en sales.

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over minimaal een bachelor in een logistieke richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en hebt ruime leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productie- of magazijnomgeving.
  • Persoonlijkheid & Leiderschap: Je combineert sterke peoplemanagementvaardigheden met de nodige assertiviteit en standvastigheid. Je bent benaderbaar en respectvol, maar durft grenzen aan te geven.
  • Veranderkracht & Tact: Je bent in staat om een ervaren, vastgeroest team met verworven rechten op een positieve manier te motiveren, uit hun comfortzone te halen en mee te krijgen in nieuwe, efficientere werkwijzen.
  • Communicatie & Nauwkeurigheid: Je bent communicatief vaardig, werkt zelfstandig en gestructureerd, en hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en de naleving van bedrijfswaarden.
  • Ontwikkeling: Je bent leergierig en bereid om regelmatig bijkomende opleidingen te volgen.
  • Team & People Management: Je coacht en stuur een team aan van ongeveer 10 magazijnmedewerkers/heftruck- en reachtruckchauffeurs en 3 logistiek bedienden op een respectvolle, heldere en niet-arrogante manier.
  • Verandermanagement & Efficientie: Je analyseert de huidige werkwijzen, detecteert verbetermogelijkheden en stelt investeringsplannen op om de efficientie te verhogen en de afdeling voor te bereiden op de komende generatiewissel/pensioneringen.
  • Bruggenbouwer met Sales: Je onderhoudt een nauwe, constructieve samenwerking met de salesafdeling. Je durft prioriteiten te stellen en assertief 'nee' te zeggen om een vlot verloop van de goederenstroom te bewaken.
  • Interne & Externe Communicatie: Je beheert de communicatie met andere productieafdelingen en internationale vestigingen, organiseert afdelingsoverleggen en neemt deel aan functionele werkgroepen.
  • Operationele Ondersteuning: Je staat deels mee in voor het opvolgen en uitvoeren van operationele handelingen op de werkvloer om de vinger aan de pols te houden.
