Toyota Parts Centre Europe (TPCE) in Diest is het Europese distributiecentrum van Toyota in Europa.

Meer dan duizend medewerkers zorgen er dagelijks voor dat Toyota- en Lexus-onderdelen snel en efficiënt hun bestemming bereiken.

TPCE levert onderdelen aan distributeurs in heel Europa en belevert daarnaast rechtstreeks garages en dealers in België, Luxemburg, Nederland, Duitsland en Noord-Frankrijk.

In het magazijn in Diest worden duizenden ingevoerde onderdelen opgeslagen, verwerkt, verzameld en verzonden.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij technisch sterk, organisatorisch ingesteld en haal je energie uit het aansturen van mensen en onderhoudsprocessen? Dan is deze functie als Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor iets voor jou.

Als Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en optimaliseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen een warehouseomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties, machines en logistieke systemen steeds veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven functioneren. Hierbij ligt de focus op preventief onderhoud, het voorkomen van storingen en het waarborgen van de continuïteit van de operationele activiteiten.

Je volgt werkzaamheden van leveranciers en contractors op en je stelt onderhoudsplanningen op, beheert de samenwerking en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken tijdig en kwalitatief worden nagekomen. Dankzij jouw technische achtergrond ben je in staat onderhoudsbehoeften correct in te schatten, technische problemen te analyseren en mee te denken over duurzame oplossingen en verbeteringen.

Als belangrijke schakel tussen de operationele afdelingen en externe partners draag je actief bij aan projecten, optimalisaties en continue verbeterinitiatieven. Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit, oog voor detail en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden zorg je ervoor dat de onderhoudsorganisatie vlot verloopt en alle installaties in optimale conditie blijven.

  • Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Eerste relevante werkervaring binnen maintenance, technische operations of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Sterke technische kennis van industriële installaties en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Ervaring met of kennis van onder andere:
  • Conveyors
  • Productiemachines en geautomatiseerde installaties
  • Automatic Highbay-systemen
  • Heftrucks en reachtrucks
  • Ervaring in het aansturen en opvolgen van techniekers of externe contractors is een plus.
  • Sterke organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en detail.
  • Administratief sterk en vlot in het opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen en leveranciers.
  • Proactieve houding met focus op continue verbetering.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om uitzonderlijk op zaterdag te werken voor geplande onderhoudswerken (gemiddeld maximaal één keer per maand).
