The posting

  • Organiseren, coördineren en optimaliseren van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten binnen een moderne warehouseomgeving.
  • Waken over de veilige, betrouwbare en efficiënte werking van technische installaties, machines en logistieke systemen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen, met focus op preventief onderhoud en het voorkomen van storingen.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van werkzaamheden uitgevoerd door externe leveranciers en contractors.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, timing en naleving van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Analyseren van technische problemen en inschatten van onderhoudsbehoeften.
  • Voorstellen en implementeren van duurzame technische oplossingen en verbeteringen.
  • Samenwerken met interne operationele afdelingen en externe technische partners.
  • Bijdragen aan technische projecten, procesoptimalisaties en initiatieven rond continue verbetering.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte onderhoudsorganisatie en installaties in optimale conditie.
  • Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen maintenance, technische operations of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Sterke technische kennis van industriële installaties en onderhoudsprocessen.
  • Kennis van of ervaring met conveyors, productiemachines, geautomatiseerde installaties, Automatic Highbay-systemen en heftrucks of reachtrucks.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en opvolgen van techniekers of externe contractors is een pluspunt.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en detail.
  • Administratief sterk en nauwkeurig in het opvolgen van onderhoudsplanningen en leveranciers.
  • Proactieve, hands-on en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Focus op continue verbetering en efficiëntie.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om uitzonderlijk op zaterdag te werken voor geplande onderhoudswerken, gemiddeld maximaal één keer per maand.
