Warehouse Manager Haps - 4000 - 5500 - 40 - HBO Trainingen en cursussen Doorgroeimogelijkheden 40 per week wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over hbo-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting. - Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Je hebt minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende logistieke functie en ervaring met het aansturen van grotere teams. wat ga je doen? Als Warehouse Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van het warehouse. Je geeft direct leiding aan meerdere coördinatoren en indirect aan een team van ongeveer twintig medewerkers. Naast de dagelijkse operatie richt je je sterk op procesverbetering, personeelsontwikkeling en de verdere professionalisering van systemen en stuurinformatie. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en springt bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het aansturen van de coördinatoren en het indirect begeleiden van het logistieke team; - Het organiseren van de personeelsbezetting, vakantieplanning en dagelijkse inzet; - Het structureren, vastleggen en optimaliseren van processen en procedures; - Het voeren van periodieke gesprekken en het actief informeren en begeleiden van medewerkers; - Het bewaken van een correcte en tijdige belevering richting klanten; - Het verder ontwikkelen van het WMS en bijdragen aan de implementatie van nieuwe WMS- en ERP-systemen; - Het ontwikkelen van KPI-stuurinformatie en bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer. waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken bij een internationale organisatie met een professionele logistieke operatie. Vanuit een modern warehouse worden goederen ontvangen, opgeslagen en verzonden naar verschillende professionele klanten. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en investeert onder andere in nieuwe systemen en verdere professionalisering van de logistieke processen....
