Een dynamische logistieke omgeving vraagt om een inspirerende kartrekker.

Als Teamcoordinator Magazijn te Sint-Niklaas draag je direct bij aan de dagelijkse operationele flow en vorm je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor het team.

In deze rol staat de mens centraal: met een luisterend oor en een motiverende aanpak zorg je dat iedereen met energie en focus de schouders onder het werk zet.

Samen met de collega's in het tweeploegensysteem (6u-14u en 14u-22u) til je de prestaties en de sfeer op de werkvloer naar een hoger niveau.

VG 458/BUOSAP

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in een logistieke of magazijnomgeving, bij voorkeur in een sturende of coordinerende rol.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van personeelsplanningen en het voeren van constructieve medewerkersgesprekken.
  • Kennis van en ervaring met lean-principes en de 5S-methode.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om constructieve feedback te geven en te ontvangen.
  • Een inclusieve instelling waarbij diversiteit op de werkvloer als een absolute kracht wordt gezien.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (vroeg-laat).
  • Een goede kennis Nederlands.
  • Het opstellen en continu bijsturen van de personeelsplanning op basis van de dagelijkse workload, bezetting en prioriteiten.
  • Het verzorgen van een heldere en gestructureerde ploegenoverdracht in nauwe afstemming met de teammanager en de assistent-teamcoordinatoren.
  • Het bewaken van de dagelijkse flow, output en kwaliteit (orderpicking, verpakking en verzending) en direct ingrijpen bij afwijkingen.
  • Het coachen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers op de werkvloer, inclusief het voeren van ontwikkel- en welzijnsgesprekken.
  • Het coordineren van het onboardingsproces, het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken en het in kaart brengen van opleidingsbehoeften.
  • Het handhaven van de veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer en het proactief optreden bij incidenten.
