Een leider die rust brengt in de operatie, mensen laat groeien en tegelijkertijd bouwt aan de logistieke organisatie van morgen. De uitdaging Nature's Pride werkt dagelijks met verse producten uit de hele wereld. Onze logistieke keten is dynamisch, tijdkritisch en essentieel voor de kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en leverbetrouwbaarheid richting onze klanten. De komende jaren bouwen we verder aan een logistieke organisatie die voorspelbaar, schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig is. Automatisering, digitalisering en procesverbetering spelen daarin een belangrijke rol. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Management, rapporteert aan de COO en werkt intensief samen met alle anderen afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Jouw opdracht Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse warehouse-operatie én voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de operatie vandaag uitstekend presteert en bouwt tegelijkertijd aan een warehouse dat klaar is voor de toekomst. Wat ga je doen? - Leiden van de dagelijkse warehouse-operatie met focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en voorspelbaarheid; - Structuur aanbrengen in processen, overleg, KPI-sturing, verantwoordelijkheden en standaard werkwijzen; - Leidinggeven aan teamleiders en ontwikkelen van eigenaarschap, vakmanschap en samenwerking; - Professionaliseren van de warehouse-organisatie door continue verbetering van processe...
