Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het warehouse en geeft leiding aan de mensen die onze logistieke operatie iedere dag in beweging houden. Jij brengt mensen en processen samen, stuurt op resultaat en bouwt verder aan een cultuur van continu verbeteren. Jouw baan als warehouse manager Als warehouse manager ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze logistieke operatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten kunnen rekenen op een optimale service en dat onze medewerkers in een omgeving werken waarin zij goed kunnen presteren en zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Je geeft leiding aan teamleiders/coördinatoren, die de operationele teams vaktechnisch aansturen. Jij bent hun coach en sparringpartner. Je helpt hen groeien in hun rol, stuurt op resultaten en zorgt voor een positieve, veilige en professionele werkomgeving. Daarnaast kijk je continu naar hoe het beter kan. Je analyseert processen, signaleert knelpunten en initieert verbeter- en optimalisatietrajecten. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, kosten en efficiency en gaat actief aan de slag met het verder implementeren van Lean binnen de operatie. Dit ga je doen: - Leidinggeven en ontwikkelen. Je coacht en motiveert teamleiders en medewerkers en stimuleert een positieve, veilige en inclusieve teamcultuur waarin mensen zich kunnen ontwikkelen. - Processen analyseren en verbeteren. Je signaleert knelpunten, analyseert de oorzaak en zorgt samen met je team voor structurele verbeteringen. - Sturen op kwaliteit en voortgang. Je bewaakt de operationele prestaties, grijpt snel in wanneer dat nodig is en zoekt altijd naar manieren om problemen structureel te voorkomen. - Teamperformance verbeteren.
