Wil jij een team van twintig logistieke professionals enthousiasmeren bij onze klant in Sint-Niklaas?

Als Teamcoordinator magazijn in twee ploegen stuur jij de dagelijkse operationele flow aan en ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het welzijn en de groei van jouw medewerkers.

Samen met twee assistenten bouw jij aan een hecht team waar mensgericht leiderschap en sterke resultaten hand in hand gaan.

Je werkt in 2-ploegen:

  • vroege ploeg: 6u-14u (op vrijdag werk je tot 13u30)
  • late ploeg: 14u-22u (op vrijdag werk je tot 21u30)

VG 458/BUOSAP

  • Je hebt enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring in een verantwoordelijke rol binnen een magazijnomgeving.
  • Je bezit sterke vaardigheden op het vlak van personeelsplanning en het voeren van motivatiegesprekken.
  • Je hebt een stabiel cv en kiest heel bewust en doelgericht voor deze leidinggevende uitdaging.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, flexibel ingesteld en hanteert een constructieve aanpak bij moeilijke gesprekken.
  • Je hebt een actuele kennis van 5S en lean methodieken om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis Nederlands.
  • Opstellen en continu bijsturen van de personeelsplanning op basis van workload en prioriteiten.
  • Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers op de werkvloer via proactieve welzijns en groeigesprekken.
  • Bewaken van de dagelijkse magazijnflow, output en kwaliteit tijdens de pick, pack en verzending.
  • Verzorgen van een vlekkeloze ploegenoverdracht in nauwe samenwerking met de teammanager.
  • Waarborgen van de veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen het magazijn volgens de lean principes.
  • Beheren van de onboarding en de opvolging van nieuwe collega's om opleidingsnoden te detecteren.
