Ben jij een ervaren en gedreven professional die graag dicht bij de dagelijkse werking staat? Als Warehouse Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vlotte en efficiënte werking van het warehouse en zorg je ervoor dat mensen, processen en middelen optimaal op elkaar zijn afgestemd.

Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met een helikopterview en krijgt de ruimte om operationele uitdagingen aan te pakken, processen te verbeteren en projecten mee vorm te geven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als warehousemanager:

• Dagelijkse leiding over het warehouse: je staat in voor het beheer en de operationele opvolging en zorgt ervoor dat alles efficiënt en vlot verloopt.

• Budgetbeheer: je volgt de operationele budgetten nauwgezet op en waakt over een efficiënte inzet van middelen.

• Probleemoplossing: je analyseert operationele fouten en knelpunten, zoekt naar de oorzaak en zorgt voor concrete en duurzame oplossingen.

• Samenwerking: je werkt nauw samen met Sales, Operations en andere interne afdelingen en managers om processen en prioriteiten op elkaar af te stemmen.

• Projectcoördinatie: je neemt verschillende projecten mee in handen, plant de nodige acties en bewaakt de voortgang en uitvoering.

• Operationele betrokkenheid: je blijft nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking, steekt waar nodig zelf de handen uit de mouwen en haalt voldoening uit een warehouse dat dankzij jouw aanpak efficiënt en georganiseerd draait.
