Voor een snelgroeiende retailorganisatie actief binnen huis-, tuin- en seizoensgebonden producten zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Warehouse Manager. Onze klant staat bekend om haar sterke klantfocus, efficiënte logistiek en hands-on bedrijfscultuur. Je komt terecht in een dynamische magazijnomgeving met een grote productdiversiteit en een continue flow van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. Om deze groei verder te faciliteren zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Manager

Jobomschrijving

Als Warehouse Manager ben je een hands-on leider die het magazijnteam aanstuurt en actief aanwezig is op de werkvloer. Tijdens drukke periodes geef je leiding aan een team van ongeveer 30 medewerkers en zorg je voor een vlotte, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle orderverwerking. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking, stelt prioriteiten en springt bij waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke en personeelsplanning, het coachen en opleiden van medewerkers, het opvolgen van prestaties via KPI’s en het garanderen van een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving. Je signaleert knelpunten, stuurt bij waar nodig en overlegt regelmatig met interne stakeholders.

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Hands-on mentaliteit
  • Ervaring met het implementeren van werkmethodes
  • People-management skills
  • Communicatievaardigheden op verschillende niveaus
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie
