Wat ga je doen? Als Manager Inbound stuur jij het inkomende logistieke proces aan in een modern distributiecentrum in Venlo. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel, veilig en slim verloopt. Je bouwt aan een sterk team en haalt samen de beste resultaten. Dit is een vaste baan via Werving & Selectie, je komt direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever.

- Je leidt en coacht een team van 40+ medewerkers - Je optimaliseert inbound processen en workflows - Je bewaakt KPI’s en stuurt bij waar nodig - Je zorgt voor snelle en foutloze verwerking van goederen - Je werkt samen met transport en inkoop - Je stimuleert Lean en continue verbetering - Je borgt veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer

Wat vragen wij? We zoeken een daadkrachtige leider die energie krijgt van verbeteren en samenwerken:

- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur logistiek - Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol - Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere teams - Sterk in communiceren en probleemoplossend denken - Goede beheersing van Engels (NL/Duits is een plus)
