Warehouse Manager | Bouw mee aan een slim en modern magazijn

Ben jij een energieke leider met ervaring in logistiek en warehouseprocessen? Krijg jij energie van het aansturen van mensen, het verbeteren van processen én werk je graag zelf mee op de vloer? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Voor een modern en nieuw distributiecentrum zoeken wij een Warehouse Manager die overzicht houdt, structuur brengt en een team motiveert om elke dag het beste resultaat neer te zetten.

Wat ga je doen? Als Warehouse Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het magazijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle logistieke processen soepel verlopen en dat het team goed samenwerkt.

Je stuurt een team aan van ongeveer 18 warehouse medewerkers en 2 assistent teamleiders. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederen op tijd en veilig worden verwerkt.

Je werkt nauw samen met de Logistiek Manager en neemt een groot deel van de operationele aansturing uit handen.

Jouw taken:

- Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het warehouse team - Maken van de personeelsplanning en verdelen van werkzaamheden - Bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid - Coördineren van ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking en verzending - Monitoren van KPI’s, uren en logistieke prestaties - Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeteren van processen - Actief meewerken op de werkvloer wanneer nodig - Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving - Meedenken over slimme oplossingen en het gebruik van AI-tools zoals ChatGPT
