Als Warehouse Officer bij Ciner Glass Belgium ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele werking van ons outbound warehouse. Je zorgt ervoor dat goederen veilig, correct en efficiënt worden beheerd en verzonden. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, transport, planning en externe logistieke partners om een vlotte goederenstroom te garanderen. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de verdere uitbouw van onze warehouseorganisatie en de optimalisatie van onze logistieke processen. Klaar voor jouw portie 'flessengeluk'?

Kernverantwoordelijkheden & Belangrijkste Taken

Warehouseactiviteiten

  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse warehouseactiviteiten ter ondersteuning van de productie- en logistieke processen
  • Verwerken van inkomende goederen, interne goederenstromen en uitgaande zendingen
  • Correct ontvangen, controleren, opslaan, picken en verzenden van materialen volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures
  • Ondersteunen van de operationele werking van meerdere warehousezones, waaronder geautomatiseerde en externe magazijnen
  • Afstemmen van dagelijkse warehouseactiviteiten met productie, transport en planning
  • Opvolging van Slot-Booking systeem

Voorraad & Opslag

  • Correct verwerken van alle goederenbewegingen in SAP S/4HANA en SAP EWM
  • Bewaken van voorraadnauwkeurigheid door middel van cycle counts en fysieke voorraadcontroles
  • Onderzoeken en oplossen van voorraadverschillen in samenwerking met betrokken afdelingen
  • Signaleren van voorraadproblemen en voorstellen van corrigerende acties
  • Zorgen voor een correcte magazijnstructuur en optimale benutting van opslaglocaties

Kwaliteit, Veiligheid & Continue Verbetering

  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving
  • Verbeteringen voorstellen aan warehouseprocessen, materiaalstromen en magazijnindeling
  • Ondersteunen van Lean- en Continuous Improvement-initiatieven
  • Naleven van EHS-richtlijnen, kwaliteitsprocedures en interne werkinstructies
  • Rapporteren van operationele afwijkingen en meewerken aan duurzame oplossingen
  • Opleiding: Bachelor Logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen warehouse operations of logistiek, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving
  • Technische vaardigheden: Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM of een ander WMS
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met scanning- en magazijnsystemen is een plus
  • Talen: Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Licenties: Heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid om dit te behalen.
  • Werken in 2 ploegen (7u-15u & 15u-23u), late shift op vrijdag werken van 15u-19u
