Voor een internationaal technologiebedrijf in regio Melsele met een sterke focus op innovatieve materialen en hoogtechnologische toepassingen zoeken we een gemotiveerde Warehouse Officer. Vanuit de Belgische vestiging werk je mee aan het ontwikkelen van geavanceerde oplossingen voor klanten in snel evoluerende sectoren wereldwijd. Functieomschrijving

  • Je ontvangt en controleert inkomende goederen en zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen en materialen tijdig op de juiste plaats terechtkomen.
  • Je behandelt materiaalaanvragen vanuit productie en stemt mee af welke materialen wanneer nodig zijn om de productie vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je zorgt voor het verpakken, labelen en verzendklaar maken van uitgaande goederen en bewaakt dat afgewerkte producten tijdig worden opgehaald.
  • Je bent ook operationeel aanwezig in het warehouse: je laadt en lost vrachtwagens, controleert goederen en werkt waar nodig met hef- en reachtruck.
  • Je volgt de goederenstromen en voorraadadministratie op in SAP, voert cyclische stocktellingen uit en bewaakt een correcte voorraad.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de externe logistieke partner en interne afdelingen en zorgt voor een goede afstemming rond opslag, transport, productieplanning en verzendingen.
  • Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en transportvoorschriften, waaronder ADR, IATA en IMDG.
  • Je beschikt over minimum een diploma A2 (ASO/TSO) en hebt bij voorkeur een eerste relevante ervaring binnen warehouse of logistiek.
  • Je bent hands-on én administratief sterk: je voelt je thuis op de werkvloer, maar werkt ook vlot met Excel en bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd en hebt steeds aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck en/of reachtruck is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in een vroege en late ploeg te werken, aangevuld met sporadisch een nachtshift.
