Voor onze webshops Luxury For Men en Exclusive Business Gifts zoeken wij een enthousiaste Warehouse Operations Medewerker die onze dagelijkse operatie versterkt.

Bij VOLEF zorgen we er elke dag voor dat exclusieve producten en gepersonaliseerde geschenken correct en tijdig bij klanten in heel Europa aankomen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Je ondersteunt onze operatie in verschillende domeinen:

Orderpicking & packing (±50%)

  • Je verzamelt producten voor klantbestellingen in het magazijn.
  • Je verpakt bestellingen zorgvuldig en kwalitatief in verzorgde pakketten.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het tijdig verzenden van onze orders.

Inbound & retourverwerking (±15%)

  • Je controleert inkomende goederen en verwerkt inkooporders correct in het systeem.
  • Je zorgt voor een nette en efficiënte afhandeling van retouren.

Personalisatie in ons atelier (±20%)

  • Je ondersteunt bij het personaliseren van producten en luxe geschenkverpakkingen.
  • Je werkt met machines zoals laser- en bedrukkingstoestellen.

Projecten & optimalisatie (±10%)

  • Je ondersteunt bij voorraadbeheer en procesverbeteringen.
  • Je helpt bij het verrijken van masterdata en andere operationele verbeterprojecten.

Werkuren

Je werkt sowieso op maandag en woensdag (overdag). Wil je extra dagen werken of liever deeltijds blijven? Het exacte aantal uren is in overleg te bepalen.

  • Je beschikt over goed ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je werkt vlot met een PC en staat open voor innovatieve technologie en machines.
  • Je kan snel schakelen tussen systemen en praktische uitvoering.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar in functie van seizoensdrukte.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je ziet werk liggen en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent fysiek in staat om actief magazijnwerk uit te voeren.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband maar kan ook zelfstandig taken uitvoeren.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit.
