Voor een internationale logistieke organisatie zoeken wij een Warehouse Operations Officer. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat orders op tijd worden verwerkt, voorraden kloppen en warehouseprocessen soepel verlopen. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's op de werkvloer én op kantoor en krijgt veel ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen.

Wat ga je doen? Als Warehouse Operations Officer zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke processen binnen het warehouse goed op elkaar aansluiten. Je houdt overzicht, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt ervoor dat de operatie efficiënt blijft draaien.

Je bent dagelijks bezig met het beheren van voorraden, het verwerken van orders en het monitoren van de voortgang binnen het magazijn. Daarnaast analyseer je processen en denk je mee over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan een hogere productiviteit en een betere dienstverlening.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt voortdurend tussen systemen, collega's en operationele vraagstukken en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer en de interne organisatie.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Zorgen voor een juiste indeling en locatie van producten binnen het warehouse. - Bewaken van de inkomende goederenstroom en voorraadniveaus. - Controleren of de fysieke voorraad overeenkomt met de voorraad in het systeem. - Verwerken en opvolgen van voorraadcorrecties en inventarisaties. - Coördineren van het orderproces van ontvangst tot verzending. - Volgen van de dagelijkse voortgang van orders en warehouseactiviteiten. - Werken met het Warehouse Management Systeem (WMS) en het aanpassen van procesinstellingen waar nodig. - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele problemen. - Analyseren van processen en aandragen van verbetervoorstellen. - Onde
