- Drunen - €2.750,- tot €3.750,- p.m. - Dagdienst Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Warehouse Planner. In deze zelfstandige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van verschillende goederenstromen binnen het warehouse. Je houdt je bezig met inbound, picking, outbound en retouren en zorgt ervoor dat goederen op de juiste manier en op het juiste moment door het warehouse bewegen. Tegelijkertijd bewaak je de workload, stuur je bij waar nodig en houd je de logistieke prestaties scherp in de gaten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager Logistiek en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen het warehouse, de logistieke planning, klanten, leveranciers en vervoerders. Een mooie functie voor iemand die operationeel sterk is, goed met systemen overweg kan en graag meedenkt over procesverbetering. Functieomschrijving Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en bewaken van de processen rondom inbound, picking, outbound en retouren ; - Zorgen dat goederen correct worden ontvangen en tijdig op de juiste locatie worden geplaatst; - Bewaken van de goederenstroom en zorgen dat goederen de juiste route binnen het warehouse volgen; - Ervoor zorgen dat goederen op de juiste manier en volgens planning het warehouse verlaten; - Bewaken van de workload binnen het warehouse en zorgen voor een optimale balans; - Tijdig signaleren van knelpunten om vertragingen in het logistieke proces te voorkomen; - Monitoren van de voortgang van het logistieke proces en de bijbehorende deelprocessen via het WMS-systeem ; - Registreren van prestaties en administratief verwerken van relevante gegevens; - Rapporteren van afwijkingen en eventuele storingen; - Vrijgeven van picking orders, waarbij je rekening houdt met productiviteit en cutoff-tijden ; - Controleren van orderbevestigingen en leveranciersaanmeldingen; - Optimaliseren van de processen rondom inkomende en uitgaande goedere...
