Warehouse Responsible - Knesselare

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als magazijnverantwoordelijke ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van het magazijn en zorg je ervoor dat alle materialen tijdig en correct beschikbaar zijn voor onze projecten.

Jouw taken:

  • Je ontvangt, controleert en registreert inkomende goederen.
  • Je slaat materialen correct op en houdt het magazijn georganiseerd.
  • Je zet elektrisch en koeltechnisch materiaal klaar voor de installatieteams.
  • Je verwerkt administratie in het ERP-systeem, zoals voorraadbeheer en afhaalbons.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en bestelt materialen op tijd.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's voor een vlotte logistieke werking.
  • Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van het voorraadbeheer.
  • Je zorgt voor een veilig, net en ordelijk magazijn.

PROFIEL

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring in een magazijn.
  • Ervaring met elektrische materialen of de bouw- of elektrotechnische sector is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Excel. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een troef.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent goed georganiseerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen. Ervaring met het aansturen van collega's is een plus.
  • Je bent fysiek fit en helpt mee waar nodig.
  • Je start graag vroeg, bent flexibel en neemt initiatief.
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en draagt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor een goed georganiseerd magazijn.
