Warehouse supervisor Aalsmeer - 3300 - 4000 - 40 - MBO Vaste baan Aalsmeer MBO Trainingen, cursussen en opleidingen Een ruim aantal vakantiedagen 40 per week wie ben jij? - Een MBO opleidingsniveau. - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke leidinggevende functie. - In het bezit van een heftruck- en reachtruckcertificaat. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift. wat ga je doen? - Toezien op de planning en voortgang van de dagelijkse inkomende goederen en uitgaande orders; - Dagelijks bepalen van de benodigde inzet van personeel en middelen; - Leiding geven aan een team van voormannen en magazijnmedewerkers, inclusief aanname, training, coaching en prestatiebeoordeling; - Toewijzen van taken en verantwoordelijkheden aan magazijnpersoneel en bewaken van de voortgang; - Het initiëren en leiden van regelmatige werkvergaderingen; - Motiveren van het team om hoge prestaties en samenwerking te bereiken; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles en bewaken van de afgesproken KPI's; - Het implementeren en onderhouden van magazijnprocedures en werkinstructies om de efficiëntie en productiviteit te maximaliseren; - Het plaatsen van inkooporders voor benodigde materialen en het voorzien in operationele behoeften; - Proactief reageren op onregelmatigheden en de klant tijdig informeren indien nodig; - Ervoor zorgen dat alle activiteiten worden uitgevoerd op een geschikte, kosteneffectieve manier in overeenstemming met de eisen van de klant; waar ga je werken?
