  • Je coördineert de ontvangst en opslag van grondstoffen.
  • Je verwerkt goederenontvangsten correct en tijdig in SAP.
  • Je beheert de opslag en beschikbaarheid van afgewerkte producten.
  • Je verwerkt productieafmeldingen en geproduceerde hoeveelheden in SAP.
  • Je bewaakt FIFO/FEFO en houdt de voorraad nauwkeurig bij.
  • Je volgt stockniveaus en trage of niet-roterende voorraad op.
  • Je werkt mee aan een efficiënte magazijnindeling en optimale opslagcapaciteit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij verzendingen en zorgt dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en stemt hierover af met onder andere inkoop, kwaliteit en productie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie en planning om het magazijn vlot te laten functioneren.
  • Je houdt de nodige gegevens en rapporteringen bij in SAP en Excel.

Wat wordt er verwacht?

  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen magazijnbeheer en wil hierin verder groeien.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor of gelijkwaardig denkniveau door ervaring.
  • Kennis van SAP en Excel is een must.
  • Ervaring met SAP EWM is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt inzicht in voorraadbeheer, productieprocessen en magazijnwerking.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig heftruckattest.
  • Je werkt zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer het druk wordt.
  • Je bent hands-on, verantwoordelijk en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
