Jij krijgt het voor elkaar

Binnen onze warehouse operatie in Maastricht Airport werk je voor meerdere klanten met ieder hun eigen logistieke processen en verwachtingen. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat processen efficiënt verlopen en doelstellingen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit worden gerealiseerd: jij werkt eraan mee.

Hoe je dit doet? Als warehouse supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere operationele processen en geef je leiding aan teamleiders en warehouse medewerkers. Je bewaakt de prestaties van de operatie, analyseert resultaten en stuurt bij waar nodig. Dankzij jouw leiderschap weet je mensen te motiveren en processen continu te verbeteren. Dit krijg jij voor elkaar door het:

  • aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleiders en operationele medewerkers
  • monitoren van KPI's op het gebied van productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid en hier actief op bijsturen
  • zorgen voor een optimale personeelsplanning en efficiënte inzet van resources
  • initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten binnen de warehouse operatie
  • onderhouden van nauwe samenwerking met klanten en interne afdelingen om operationele doelstellingen te realiseren.

Jouw team valt binnen DSV op door de sterke samenwerking tussen collega's met uiteenlopende internationale achtergronden. De combinatie van ervaring, ambitie en diversiteit zorgt voor een dynamische omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat iedere klant kan rekenen op de kwaliteit en service die DSV biedt.

Jij brengt mee

  • ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen warehousing of logistiek
  • kennis van logistieke processen en het vermogen om operationele prestaties te analyseren en verbeteren
  • sterke coachende en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • ervaring met KPI-sturing en continue verbetertrajecten
  • goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
