Je coacht je team, behaalt KPI's en creëert een veilige werkomgeving. Als Warehouse Supervisor A bij CEVA Logistics in Born leid je een team van orderpickers en twee Assistant Warehouse Supervisors. Je zorgt ervoor dat het logistieke proces soepel verloopt, KPI's worden behaald en je team in een veilige, gemotiveerde omgeving werkt - alles volgens LEAN-filosofie.
