Als Warehouse Supervisor krijg je de dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheid over een belangrijk deel van de logistieke operatie. Geen leidinggevende die de hele dag achter een bureau zit: ongeveer 80% van jouw tijd ben je zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je houdt overzicht over de goederenstromen, bepaalt samen met de operatie de prioriteiten en zorgt dat jouw team weet wat er moet gebeuren. Van een onverwachte piek tot het verbeteren van een warehouseproces: jij zorgt dat kwaliteit, productiviteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid overeind blijven. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het dagelijks aansturen en coachen van medewerkers binnen het warehouse. - Het coördineren van de volledige goederenstroom, van inbound en opslag tot picking en outbound. - Het vertalen van de operationele planning naar prioriteiten, capaciteit en personele inzet op de werkvloer. - Het bewaken van productiviteit, kwaliteit en veiligheid en het tijdig bijsturen wanneer resultaten achterblijven. - Het organiseren van dagstarts en operationele overleggen en het bewaken van gemaakte afspraken. - Het uitvoer...
