Warehouse Supervisor | Daguren | Bornem

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een internationale speler binnen transport, warehousing en supply chain-oplossingen zijn wij op zoek naar een hands-on Warehouse Supervisor.

In deze rol neem je de dagelijkse leiding over het magazijnteam en zorg je ervoor dat alle logistieke activiteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Je combineert een coachende rol met een actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig. Hierdoor draag je bij aan een vlotte goederenstroom en een optimaal functionerend magazijn.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Aansturen en begeleiden van een team van ongeveer 5 à 10 magazijnmedewerkers
  • Coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen
  • Laden, lossen en stuwen van diverse goederen
  • Actief meewerken op de werkvloer waar nodig
  • Opvolgen van planning, voorraadbeheer en magazijnprocessen
  • Zorgen voor orde, netheid en veiligheid in het magazijn
  • Werken met een WMS-systeem en administratieve opvolging via Excel
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en optimaliseren van operationele processen

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt 3 tot 8 jaar ervaring binnen een magazijnomgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een klein team
  • Je bent een hands-on persoon die graag operationeel betrokken blijft
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van Excel en warehouse management systemen (WMS)
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Je kan je vlot behelpen in het Engels
  • Kennis van het Frans is een mooie plus
  • Je hebt ervaring met heftruckwerkzaamheden
  • Je hebt ervaring met laden, lossen en het behandelen van verschillende soorten cargo
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en oplossingsgericht
