Voor een internationale speler in de productiesector zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Supervisor. Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert innovatieve en duurzame oplossingen die wereldwijd worden ingezet. Met vestigingen in Europa en de Verenigde Staten en diverse servicehubs verspreid over de wereld, wordt een toekomstgerichte en sterke groeiambitie nagestreefd. Hun locatie, regio Roeselare, vormt jouw uitvalsbasis binnen de Operations-afdeling, waar teamwork en voortdurende verbetering centraal staan.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw afdeling ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt en volg je de planning op via het ERP-systeem
  • Medewerkers groeien dankzij jouw begeleiding, coaching en evaluaties
  • Correcte administratie rond aanwezigheden, verlof en tijdsregistraties verloopt onder jouw toezicht
  • Voor orde, veiligheid, productiviteit en kwaliteit draag jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid
  • Samenwerking met collega-supervisors zorgt voor een vlotte continuïteit over de ploegen heen
  • Bij het stellen van prioriteiten en de inzet van personeel denk je steeds mee over verbeteringen en innovatieve ideeën
  • Een hogere opleiding ligt aan de basis van jouw loopbaan
  • Ervaring van minstens drie jaar met het aansturen van een groot team van twintig of meer mensen
  • Collega’s inspireer je door jouw sterke communicatie en verbindende stijl
  • Flexibiliteit om in een tweeploegenstelsel te werken
  • Een goede kennis van pc-toepassingen en MS Office
  • Stressbestendigheid, besluitvaardigheid en een kritische blik typeren jouw aanpak
  • Ondernemerschap en oog voor detail zorgen ervoor dat je telkens naar kwaliteit streeft
