Voor onze klant, een internationale speler gespecialiseerd in supply chain-oplossingen voor toonaangevende fashion- en lifestylemerken, zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Operations Supervisor. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de warehouseafdeling tijdens jouw shift, stuur je leidinggevenden aan en vorm je de brug tussen operations, customer service en de klant.

Jouw takenpakket

  • verantwoordelijk zijn voor de dagelijkse operationele werking en sturing van jouw shift
  • rechtstreeks leidinggeven aan en coachen van shiftteamleaders en teamleaders
  • afstemmen van een correcte personeelsplanning met interne teams en externe interimpartners
  • bewaken van de beschikbare capaciteit en bijsturen bij veranderende volumes of prioriteiten
  • nauwgezet opvolgen van productiviteit, kwaliteit, fouten, doorlooptijden en andere KPI's
  • analyseren van resultaten en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties
  • waken over een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen met oog voor de operationele kosten
  • garanderen van een vlot en efficiënt verloop van de warehouseflow, ook tijdens piekmomenten
  • verzorgen van briefings en een duidelijke overdracht bij de start en wissel van shifts
  • onderhouden van een vlotte communicatie met customer service en optreden als aanspreekpunt voor de klant
  • nauw samenwerken met en rapporteren aan de Operational Manager, site- en clusterverantwoordelijke
  • stimuleren van continue procesverbetering en correct opvolgen van incidenten of afwijkingen
  • Bachelor- of masterdenkniveau (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Relevante ervaring binnen warehouse, logistiek of e-commerce, inclusief het aansturen van grotere teams en leidinggevenden
  • People manager met een sterk analytisch vermogen en een resultaatgerichte aanpak
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel (ervaring met BI-tools en Salesforce is een sterke plus)
  • Communicatie kan vlot in het Nederlands en het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel ingesteld, neemt eigenaarschap en bent besluitvaardig
  • Beschikbaar in een vaste vroege ploeg (06:00 u – 14:00 u) of een vaste late ploeg (14:00 u – 22:00 u)
