Voor onze klant in de regio Herentals zijn we op zoek naar een Warehouse Teamleider. Het bedrijf is één van de grootste in de sector en bereidt zich constant uit. Je komt terecht in een grote, snelgroeiende retail keten die overal ter wereld vestigingen heeft. Het bedrijf heeft een open en no-nonsense omgeving, geen moeilijke hiërarchie of formele omgang.

Jouw nieuwe functie

- Je verzekert de vlotte doorstroming van bestellingen in het distributiecentrum. - Je stuurt ongeveer 30 arbeiders en enkele bedienden aan. - Je stelt de dagelijkse werkplanning op. - Je ziet erop toe dat uitgaande paletten correct gesorteerd en veilig gestapeld zijn. - Je leidt je team en motiveert je medewerkers om correct, snel en efficiënt te werken. - Je werft mensen aan, organiseert interne opleidingen en verwelkomt nieuwe medewerkers. - Je zoekt voortdurend naar verbeteringen in de werkprocessen van je team. - Je houdt het stockrapport nauwgezet bij en controleert de tijdregistratie van je teamleden. - Je handelt met een kostenbewuste mindset, streeft voortdurend naar efficiënte en budgetvriendelijke oplossingen en fungeert als rolmodel in

Jouw profiel

- Je behaalde minstens een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs. - Je hebt (liefst) al in een gelijkaardige distributiefunctie gewerkt. - Je hebt ervaring met leidinggeven, je communiceert goed en je coacht enthousiast. - Je bent goed vertrouwd met Excel (Kennis van Saga is een mooie extra). - Je hebt een prima fysieke conditie en steekt mee de handen uit de mouwen waar nodig. - Je bent een sterke organisator met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Je kan goed omgaan met stress en presteren in elke omgeving - Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands. Frans is een pluspunt. - Je bent bereid om één keer per maand op zaterdag te werken.
